🌟 Staff Spotlight: Meet Esteban! 🌟

We're excited to shine the spotlight on Esteban Betancur, our Director of the School Age Program! 💚 With over 12 years of experience in the after-school field, Esteban loves watching children grow from kindergarten through middle school and being part of their journey every step of the way. His favorite moments are spent leading group games in the gym and outdoors, where teamwork, friendships, and fun come together. ⚽🏃‍♂️

When he's not at Roudenbush, you'll find him running, traveling, watching documentaries, or cheering on the Boston Celtics! 🏀✈️ Fun fact: Esteban attended military school during his first year of college. If he could have any superpower, it would be teleportation—because he's always running a little late! 😂

Esteban believes our School Age Program is more than just before and after school care—it's a safe, welcoming place where children learn, grow, and build meaningful connections. His advice to every child: Never stop dreaming. With hard work and dedication, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. ✨

Thank you, Esteban, for bringing your energy, creativity, and positivity to our Roudenbush family every day! 👏💚

Come meet Estaban and tour our facility June 17th from 6pm to 8pm! or June 27th from 11am to 1pm!! Receive a coupon to SAVE $150 registration fee at the Open House!
