The Barnes Wellness Team is your one stop shop for all of your personal life and family needs. Our team consists of:

Remote opportunity that may be a great fit for military spouses, veterans, or others connected to the military community who are looking for meaningful, incentive-based work.

US Family Health Plan (USFHP) of Southern New England is seeking Enrollment Navigators to support outreach and enrollment for military members, retirees, and their families. There are multiple openings available, and this is a consulting-style engagement with performance-based incentives and flexible scheduling, focused on helping eligible beneficiaries understand their TRICARE options and complete enrollment.
This role is well suited for someone who:
• Enjoys talking with people and building trust
• Is comfortable with phone-based outreach and follow-up
• Has familiarity with TRICARE or the Military Health System (helpful, not required)
• Values mission-driven work that directly supports the military and veteran community
These opportunities are remote, but candidates must reside within the USFHP Southern New England service area (CT, MA, NH, RI).
