Westfield Rotary Scholarships Available
For over 100 years the Rotary Club of Westfield has been supporting students fund higher education. Applications are currently being accepted for Westfield students and this year the club is poised to give approximately $150,000. In 2024, the Westfield Rotary Club Foundation awarded $125,400 in scholarships to 14 students. Since 1967 the Rotary has awarded over $3.4 million dollars in scholarships to approximately 1,800 students.
In 1967 the club started its iconic fundraiser for scholarships “Pancake Day”, now called “Breakfast with the Bands”, which is held every March at Westfield High School, with performers from the Middle and High schools.

Who is eligible?
High school seniors who reside in Westfield, NJ, and who will be attending an accredited college or university. Scholarships are also available for students who will be attending an accredited law, nursing, dental, medical or other health care school.
What are the criteria for scholarship awards?
The three requirements to receive a Rotary scholarship: a strong Academic background to demonstrate future success in college; Financial need; and Service to the community.

The Rotary Club of Westfield meets the first two Tuesdays of each month for lunch at noon, at Limani Seafood Grill on North Ave and the third Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. at 16 Prospect.
