PLEASE BE AWARE:
♦ BALANCE ROCK ROAD/ TAFT BROOK ROAD DETOUR:

Work on replacing a culvert on Balance Rock Road will begin on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 and last for approximately three weeks. During this time, traffic going beyond the area of 721 Balance Rock Road will need to use Buck Hill Road to Taft Brook Road as a detour. The dead-end portion of Taft Brook Road will be re-opened during this time to accommodate the detoured traffic.

Traffic coming from the Lowell side of Balance Rock Road will need to detour onto Taft Brook Road turning left onto Buck Hill Road to Route 100.

The Westfield Town Office will be closed on Monday, September 7th for Labor Day. The office reopens Tuesday at 8 am.

♦ TROY & AREA LIONS CLUB COMMUNITY & SENIOR MEALSITE MENU: A Big Thank You to Berry Creek Farm, and its CSA Members, for offering another season with fresh fruits and vegetables. All are welcome to enjoy the weekly meal at the Westfield Community Center, 59 North Hill Road (at School Street). The meal is served at noon. A $4.00 suggested donation is appreciated.

You are welcome to order To Go Meals with pickup around 12:15. For pickup orders please call 802-744-5466 after 10 a.m. on Thursdays.
