Parkview needs someone to take over the business. (Current proprietor has health and family issues that preclude continuing.) Turn-key business with fully equipped ice cream parlor & soda fountain, plus light meal cafe' (paninis, quiche'), baked goods (cookies, scones, muffins), gift shop (local souvenirs; local grape, maple, & honey; local and area history books; local artists' work)

Meanwhile, during February and March, the Westfield Historian Office located inside Parkview at 3 East Main Street, Westfield NY, is open Monday thru Friday from 9 to 11 AM. The local information pamphlets and local gifts & history book shop areas are open for pickups and sales during historian office hours, too!

Parkview Cafe' & Ice Cream Parlor/Soda Fountain is closed from February 1 thru March 31, 2012. It is inventory & tax time !!! Also Parkview is undergoing some renovation and evolution, so please watch for the new, improved Parkview.

Starting Monday November 28, 2011, Parkview will be open after school from 3:30 to 5 PM... come in for 50 cent ice cream cones, special fall flavors of Perry's Ice Cream (Pumpkin, Southern Apple Pie, Buffalo Bills Brownie Blitz), 99 cent Fireball Sundae (with yummy hot fudge sauce)... or your favorite panini... or your favorite specialty soda fountain drink... or $1.95 cookie ice cream sandwiches ...

Parkview is open again for the Fall & Winter. Hours are Monday thru Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Come in for Paninis, Quiche, Donuts, Maggie's Famous Family Recipe Chocolate Chip Cookies, our special secret recipe Oatmeal Craisin Cookies, Beverages hot & cold, and Ice Cream Treats.
