In a recent teardown and repair video of the Keithley 2500 photodiode meter, The Signal Path uses Lake Shore's ๐ 81-๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ต๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ with the new ๐ฆ๐ ๐จ-10 ๐บ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐น๐ฒ as his working calibration-standard DC Voltage/Current reference to calibrate and validate the repair. The M81 and all modules also provide high AC sourcing to 100KHz plus the unique ability to measure DC, AC RMS and Lock-In detection simultaneously across up to 3 source, measure and SMU channels.
Shahriar also tests the Keithley 2500 photodetector by simulating active fiber alignment, using the SMUโ10 module to power an infrared LED.
