We would like to wish safe travels to Firefighter Carmen Mazzuca and Firefighter Dave Daniels on their deployment.
For those of you not aware the NJ National Guard is being deployed to the Middle East. This is the largest deployment from NJ at one time since Veit Nam. Keep our troops and the families they leave behind in your prayers and please continue to support our military!

Please take the time to fully thaw and dry your turkey before you deep fry, ensure you have the proper fire extinguisher, and a safe distance from any structure.
