Family members and friends of the 100 cherished people who died as a direct result of the Station Fire founded the Station Fire Memorial Foundation in June 2003. Our purpose is to ensure that our loved ones would receive a proper and timely memorial upon the sacred ground where their lives were so tragically cut short. The Memorial Foundation will maintain the Memorial Park and as such, fundraisin

g is expected to be long-term. The Foundation encourages maximum participation by affected Family members and Survivors of the tragedy.

Tomorrow we honor our 100 Angels and all who have survived. Twenty three years seems like yesterday and so much has gone on in this world that they have missed. To all of our Station family may tomorrow be a day on remembrance and reflection❤️❤️❤️.

PS….I ask that anyone visiting the park tomorrow and the next few days to please be very mindful that the park is covered with a lot of snow. Thanks to Jody King for always plowing the lot and our friend Bill as well as a very nice young man from the neighborhood for making a path as best as possible. The ground may be slippery especially with the potential for more snow.

It is with great sadness that I tell you Mr. Bob Johnson passed away. If you don’t know who he is he is the father of Derek Johnson one of our Angels . May he rest easy and be with his son at last🙏❤️

Hello from Sedona, AZ. I know this is a very tough week for many so please know my heart is with all of you.

****IMPORTANT *******

Please use great caution visiting the park. Unfortunately a dear friend visited today and he took quite a spill. Visiting is at your own risk and unfortunately we can’t put ice melt on the pavers it’s to damaging. I will make sure the lot is as clean as possible and sanded. Sincerely, Gina Russo
