Rise and shine from the State Fair of West Virginia. Isaiah Ash, 21, from Doddridge County is giving his heifer a bath before the livestock shows kick off. If you’re at the fair, stop by a show or two and cheer on our hardworking 4-H and FFA youth—they’d ❤️ your support!
