Beginning June 9th, Doddridge County Schools is excited to launch:

Creating Moments That Matter All Summer Long!

We’re inviting our Bulldog families to join us for 8 weeks of simple, affordable, and meaningful family fun designed to encourage laughter, connection, creativity, and unforgettable summer memories.

Each week will include:
☀️ A new family challenge
🎨 A Bonus Bulldog Craft
📸 Opportunities to share your family fun
🎥 “Moments That Matter Monday” recap videos
🎁 Weekly prizes

Whether it’s backyard adventures, family game nights, reading under the stars, crafts, chalk art, or sharing your favorite summer memories — this series is all about spending time together and celebrating the moments that matter most.

📸 Sunday by 6:00 PM — Photo Submission Deadline

☀️🍎 FREE SUMMER MEALS FOR KIDS! 🥪☀️

Doddridge County Schools is partnering with Mountaineer Food Bank to help ensure children in our community have access to nutritious meals throughout the summer months.

Free multi-day breakfast and lunch packages are available for all children ages 18 and under and may be picked up by the child or a parent/guardian.

📍 June 1, 2026
• Doddridge County High School (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
• Center Point Library (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

📍 June 8, 2026
• Center Point Library ONLY (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

📍 August 10, 2026
• Doddridge County High School (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
• Center Point Library (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

Each distribution includes 7 days of breakfast and lunch meals for eligible children. While supplies last.

💚 A nutritious meal helps children learn, grow, play, and remain active all summer long.

🇺🇸 Reminder to Families 🇺🇸

Doddridge County Schools will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.

As we enjoy the long weekend, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom.
