The Department of Public Works will close Spring Street between Main Street and Albany Street on Tuesday September 8th to complete a sewer repair.

Got a great idea for an arts or cultural project that will enrich our town? The West Springfield Cultural Council (WSCC) will begin accepting applications for its 2027 grant cycle starting September 1!

🔹Grant Amounts: $250 to $3,000+ per project
🔹Application Window: September 1 – October 15
🔹Who Can Apply: Individuals, non-profits, and businesses with projects that benefit the West Springfield community
🔹Eligible Projects: Exhibits, festivals, concerts, short-term artist residencies, workshops, lectures, and performances
🔹Possible Venues: Local schools, the senior center, public library, or any accessible West Springfield location

Made possible through the support of the Massachusetts Cultural Council, these grants help bring local creative visions to life.
