Have you had a chance to check out the new and improved Wentworth Library? About 25 Friends of the Wentworth Library enjoyed a guided tour of the library on Saturday, including the back room. There's a lot to explore!

The Friends of the Wentworth Library (known as FOWL for short) would love to have you join our group. Information on how to become a member and on volunteer opportunities is available in our display facing the hold shelves behind the checkout stations. The Non-Fiction Book Group, sponsored by the Friends of the Wentworth Library, was happy to be back in the library for our meeting on May 7 to discuss A Marriage At Sea. What a lovely meeting space! Many thanks to Thompson Park Activity Center for giving us a place to meet while the library was being renovated.

Our next book is photographer Gordon Parks' 1966 autobiography, which we will be discussing on June 4. New people are always welcome! Note that the group will not meet in July.

Spring Festival - A Celebration of Colors

Celebrate Indian and South Asian spring traditions as we welcome spring with dance, music, crafts and fun activities!

Saturday, May 16 at the Heritage Library, 2:00 -4:00 p.m.

There will be an opportunity to play with gulaal, colored powder, outside. Please be prepared to get colorful and messy! If participating in the outdoor color activities, participants will not be able to re-enter the library. Weather permitting. For all ages.
