Wishing a happy retirement to Mark White, who will retire from his position June 1 after 15 years at MSU-WP.

White was hired as the Veterans Incentive Program Project Coordinator in Veteran Services in spring 2011 and became the Director of Veteran Services Nov. 1, 2022. At a reception earlier this month, White received a certificate noting his years of service and a piano arch mantle clock from MSU-WP Chancellor Zora Mulligan.

Campus offices on the West Plains and Mountain Grove campuses are closed today, May 25, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Offices will resume normal operations tomorrow.

Grizzly Esports is excited to host URSA Minor this summer! The camp will take place June 15-19 at Champion Hall, running daily from 1 to 5 p.m., and the cost to attend is $50 per participant.

URSA Minor is an esports camp covering teamwork, communication, strategy, and player mindset, followed by guided gameplay sessions that include live coaching and structured competition.

The week will conclude with a Friday tournament, where participants will compete in a bracket-style event.
