🌿🎂 Woodland Park Seniors – June Birthday Celebration! 🎂🌿

Yesterday was a wonderful day at Woodland Park Seniors as we celebrated all of our June birthdays with delicious chocolate cake, tasty sandwiches, and great company! 🎉

Our senior garden is flourishing, and we were excited to harvest a variety of fresh herbs to share with everyone to take home and enjoy. 🌱🌿

The afternoon was filled with fun as we played bingo, shared plenty of laughs, enjoyed coffee, and spent quality time with friends. Moments like these remind us how special our senior community truly is.

🌟 A very special birthday shout-out goes to Mary C, who celebrated an incredible 103rd birthday! 🌟

At 103 years young, Mary continues to inspire us all with her kindness, grace, wisdom, and beautiful smile. We are honored to celebrate this remarkable milestone with her and wish her a year filled with love, happiness, good health, and many more cherished memories.

Today at Woodland Park Seniors, we welcomed our friends from the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office, who stopped by to speak with our seniors about the latest scams targeting older adults and how to protect themselves. Their valuable information and tips were greatly appreciated by everyone in attendance.

After the presentation, we enjoyed a delicious spread of croissants, fresh watermelon, and ice cream sundaes while spending time together and socializing.

🌼🎉 There’s always something happening at our Woodland Park Senior Club! 🎉🌼

Yesterday was full of fun, friendship, and learning as we celebrated all of our May birthdays with delicious cake 🍰 and pizza 🍕! A wonderful time was had by all as we honored our birthday guests and enjoyed lots of laughs together.

We were also happy to welcome our friend Keith from the Alzheimer’s Association Greater New Jersey Chapter, who shared valuable and informative information with our seniors about Alzheimer’s awareness and support. Thank you for such an educational and meaningful visit! 💜

And thanks to today’s rain showers 🌧️, our beautiful senior vegetable garden is getting watered naturally! We can’t wait to harvest our tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and more to enjoy together this summer. 🌱🍅🌶️

🌱☀️ Wonderful Wednesday at the Woodland Park Senior Meet Up! ☀️🌱

Today was filled with good food, great company, and a little gardening fun! We enjoyed delicious sandwiches and sweet, refreshing watermelon while spending time together and soaking up the beautiful day. 🍉🥪

The highlight of the day was planting our Senior Vegetable Garden! 🌿🍅🫑 We can’t wait to watch our tomatoes, peppers, and herbs grow — and eventually enjoy a fresh harvest together this summer. Nothing better than teamwork, laughter, and a garden full of love!

Here’s to growing friendships and vegetables all season long! 🌻💚
