West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority The West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority is an independent taxing district created in 1967 by a special act of the Florida Legislature.

Its mission is to promote and enhance a safe, vibrant Downtown for its residents, businesses and visitors through the strategic development of economic, social and cultural opportunities.

As the The City of West Palm Beach prepares to launch an upgraded mobility service later this summer, the current RideWPB service will conclude on May 31. During the transition period, the DDA-supported Circuit On-Demand service will remain available within the Downtown West Palm Beach service area.

Riders are encouraged to plan ahead, review available transportation options, and allow for additional travel time.
