I attended the Employment Services Providers Conference where presenters highlighted existing programs and community services working to find jobs for residents who need help finding jobs. Working with Bob and Jeanne Taylor, residents of Old Northwood, West Palm Beach Parks and Recreation Department, and Patti Hamilton representing Southern Waste Systems on the urban forestation of Broadway. The project is a Public Private Partnership to plant trees along Broadway and is a great example of our community working together to improve our neighborhoods.
