Taking care of yourself is also a way to care for your community. 💙

As we head into flu season, small habits can help protect the people we love. Wash your hands often, cover coughs and sneezes, keep shared surfaces clean, and let fresh air in when possible. If you’re sick, stay home and give yourself time to recover.

These steps matter even more around older adults, babies, and neighbors with health conditions.

Save this flyer and share it with someone you care about. Let’s look out for one another, District 88.
