Reminder: Property owners who disagree with the property value listed on their Notice of Proposed Property Taxes have two options – contact our office for an informal review of the matter or file a petition for adjustment with the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Palm Beach County's Value Adjustment Board (VAB), or both. The deadline to file a petition with the VAB is next week, Monday, September 14, 2026.
