🍸Come sip, play, and be part of something meaningful! Join the Supporters of the WPB Library Foundation for Mahjong & Martinis on July 10 from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM. Discover the joy of mahjong with 101 Lessons for Beginners, led by Abby Lettsome of Mahjong Abby WPB.

Your ticket includes two beverages (cocktail, wine, or beer) and light bites, making it a relaxed and social night of learning, laughter, and community—while supporting the library’s mission.

June 1st marked the exciting launch of the Mandel Public Library’s Summer Learning and Reading program—a dynamic, two-month celebration of discovery, creativity, and academic growth. Made possible through generous grant funding and donor support to the West Palm Beach Library Foundation, this program ensures that children and families across our community have access to safe, enriching, and inspiring learning all summer long.

Throughout June and July, young learners will dive into reading, writing, science, and math in an environment designed to spark curiosity and build confidence. With free lunches and healthy snacks fueling their days, children return to school in August energized, engaged, and ready to thrive.

Enjoy baking key lime pies with the Supporters at the Ganache Bakery kitchen owned by Jamal Lake and dive into the history behind this Florida classic, blending hands on learning with storytelling.

All proceeds contribute to the Supporters’ mission to build awareness for the Mandel Public Library and the Library Foundation, as well as to assist the Foundation in raising funds for the vital programming offered at the library.
