Stop by the CPEX table during the Downtown Gallery Crawl on Thursday, June 4, from 5–9 p.m. and share your ideas for an upcoming downtown demonstration project. Today is the day . . . stop by to have your pressure canner gauge tested between 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM at the Ouachita LSU AgCenter Extension office. Just bring your canner lid and dial gauge.

Do you preserve food at home by pressure canning? If so, have you had your pressure canner gauge tested lately? If not, you can bring it by the Ouachita LSU AgCenter Extension Office at 704 Cypress Street in West Monroe on May 26 from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM to have it tested at no cost. Just bring your canner lid with the dial gauge, and we can test it in just a few minutes.
