Mothers don’t always have the same genetics, same skin, same bloodline, or even the same last name as you. Mothers are those who love you unconditionally, nurture you, pray for you, and support you. They lift you up, they speak life to you, and they guide you. Some of our mothers are close by, some far away, and some in Heaven. You may already be a mother or you may be waiting to become a mother yourself. You may be a new mother, a seasoned mother, or an elder mother. God created mothers to raise up His children, here on earth. Our duties are heavy, but our rewards are eternal. Motherhood is a gift and May 10th, we celebrate ALL of you mothers out there! May God continue to bless you and keep you safe, healthy, appreciated, and loved.

Servolution time! This year, the youth at Merge came to Anchors Way and Arimathea Trace to lend a helping hand. They did an amazing job taking instructions, working together, & organizing our food pantries. We are so grateful for these young ladies and their help to make our premises clean and organized again. Thank you so much! 🥰

Another good option for today (Saturday)

Hamburgers and Hot dogs are on the menu today!! Anyone in need of a hot meal, please join us at 1600 Jackson Street in Monroe. 11:00am-2:00pm. We are so appreciative of World Central Kitchen and M & M Concessions!!! This has been such a blessing to our community during this time!! ❤️❤️❤️.

Free, warm meal available at 12:00 today (Saturday)!

Our kitchen is open today at 12:00! We have partnered with World Central Kitchen and will have, once again, plenty of meals prepared for pickup. Feel free to eat at the church and get warm!
We are limiting deliveries to Calhoun, West Monroe, and Choudrant areas for people unable to drive.
For those of you working so hard and volunteering your time to help others please stop by the church and get a warm lunch!
