This morning YOUR West Milton Firefighters conducted auto extrication training at our training center. We were cut short by the thunder and lightning but didn't mind the rain. We understand that emergency incidents occur any time of day, including during inclement weather, and we are prepared for those emergencies. We would like to thank Sandy's Towing for the vehicle delivery on Thursday. Here are a few pictures of this morning's training.

We would like to thank Western Ohio Truck, known locally as WOT, for conducting this year's annual pump test. This is done to ensure that our rigs are reliable, safe and ready to respond with no leaks or cracks in the pipes, connections or fittings.

Fun fact : Ladder 71 can flow over 2000 gallons of water per minute.

Engine 71 and Ladder 71 were both tested this year and both apparatus passed.
