Please help

The incident took place Monday night on Greenwood Lake in West Milford Township at around 8:30 p.m. Police reported that an 18-foot Bayliner boat was hit from the rear by an unidentified vessel. The unknown vessel, which could have been a ski boat, police said, then went airborne over the Bayliner.

The bi-state Greenwood Lake Commission recently decided not to pursue a winter drawdown in 2016. However, West Milford representative Paul Zarrillo said he remains hopeful the commission will ultimately approve the proposal to drop the lake’s water level by 5 feet during the winter of 2016-17.

Drawhide might not happen!!!

The Greenwood Lake Commission (GLC), at the Dec. 16 meeting in Greenwood Lake, N.Y., voted against taking immediate action to approve a drawdown of Greenwood Lake. This was in response to concerns expressed about the lake refill date.

West Milford commission representative Paul Zarrillo recently revealed that the membership is attempting to amass up to $100,000 to continue chipping away at the estimated 1,000 stumps that remain in the lake bed near Sportsman Marina, just north of Fox Island.
