Road Restriction- St Agnes Lane

St Agnes Ln is down to 1 lane alternating following a water main break. The break has undermined a portion if the roadway resulting in the restriction. PA American Water has taken control of the scene.

🟢 Fish Fry accessable from Homestead Duquesne Rd.

St Agnes Lane was closed at the bend near the ballfields due to a water main break.

Crews are responding to numerous calls for wires and trees down across the region. Crews are stretched thin so when you see a roadblock but no firefighters waving their hands do not go around the barricade. The cones are there for a reason.

🚧Road Closure🚧 -Skyline Drive

Skyline Drive will be closed to all traffic from Magistrate Olaz to Raymond St in Dravosburg following a vehicle accident affecting a utility pole. The closure is expected to last a while and is under the control of Duquesne Light. Please avoid the area.

Please refrain from throwing Duq. Light's cones over the hillside.

Attention West Mifflin Residents!

Did you know your fire protection is provided by community members like yourself?

West Mifflin has four fire companies that are 100% Volunteer.

Volunteerism is declining nationwide. With a combination of changing family dynamics, increase training demands, and an aging membership, our local fire companies are struggling to meet public expectations.

Combine these issues with over 1,000 calls boroughwide, each year, we are in desperate need of YOUR help.

Donations are always appreciated, but with decades of membership decline, we need our community now more than ever.

All training is provided for FREE, along with the potential to earn county and local tax credits.

Earn a full scholarship for an associate degree or certificate program at CCAC through the Allegheny County Fire Volunteer Education, Service & Training Scholarship Program (FireVEST).

Non-Operational Volunteers are also welcome to apply to assist with running the business side of the organizations, along with Fire Prevention and Community Outreach, and Fundraising. These members may also qualify for county and local tax credits.
