⚠️PUBLIC NOTICE⚠️
The Community Development Agency of West Memphis is in the process of developing the West Memphis Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Program Five Year Consolidated Plan for the U.S. Housing and Urban Development.

This public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, 5:30 PM, at West Memphis City, located at 205 South Redding West Memphis, AR. The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Program Five-year Consolidated Plan for program years 2026-2030 and 2026 Annual Action Plan. Citizen suggestions on activities to be undertaken as a part of this plan will also be requested and are a vital part of this process.

Comments and suggestions are welcome, and all present at the public hearings will be afforded the opportunity to speak and present their views. Please be advised that if virtual hearings are used, real-time responses and accommodations for persons with disabilities and/or with limited English proficiency will be made available to the greatest extent possible.

In an effort to help residents reset after the holidays and keep our city clean, Mayor McClendon is launching the Christmas Holiday Clean Up.

Dumpster Locations:
• 1101 N. Missouri St. (West Memphis Christian Parking Lot)
• City Hall Parking Lot, 317 Tyler St.
• Corner of East Barton and West McAuley Dr.
• Corner of S. Walker and Broadway
• Corner of S. 16th and East Jackson
