Three individuals from West Helena were arrested after reporting a motor vehicle accident and claiming to be injured. During the investigation Deputies learned that the accident was staged after a phone call to Detectives that pulled up a nearby sky cop camera. The three instead of riding to the hospital in an ambulance, they rode In a police car to the County Jail. Upon searching the vehicles officers found a stolen gun in the car and narcotics and paraphernalia . The three have been charged with a felony filing a false police report and felony Criminal Mischief.

The driver of the U-Haul was identified as Carl Lee Boose 59, of West Helena who was charged with Felony Filing a False Police report and Felony Criminal Mischief.

The driver of the Chevrolet Malibu was Felicia Larry 44, of West Helena was charged with felony criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by receiving (Firearm), simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm, possession of M**h and Fentanyl.

Tyrone Ewing 46 of West Helena was charged criminal mischief, filing a false police report, theft by receiving (firearm).

The alleged accident was at the Intersection of Hwy 38/ Hwy 147 in the Horseshoe Lake community, The three were booked into the Crittenden County Detention Center and are scheduled to appear in West Memphis District Court on Wednesday for arraignment on the charges,

Crittenden County Sheriffs Department needs your help In regards to two recent side by sides / UTV thefts from farm shops.
The two crimes are linked because it appears the suspect or suspects used the first stolen side by side in the second theft incident of another farm shop to steal the second one. The first theft occurred off 64B in Crawfordsville on June 3, 2026 at around 12:55 AM wherein suspect or suspects took a 2020 Polaris Ranger Camouflage and Black in color property of Johnny Carroll from Marotti’s farm shop.

It appears the 2020 Polaris Ranger was used in the second theft on June 6,2026 on Rogers Road in Earle at Rogers Farm Shop around 1:02 AM. and a 2025 Can-Am was stolen dark green and black with enclosed body side by side with light bar above windshield and 65-gallon tank on rea and spray rig..

Crittenden County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $2000.00 Reward for information about the thefts that lead to an arrest, call Crimestoppers 870-732-4444 all calls are Confidential and you could receive a cash reward.

Help me to Congratulate Crittenden County Sheriffs Departments newest Certified Officer, Deputy Noah Bramucci on his graduation from the Arkansas Training Academy in Camden, Arkansas. For the past 13 weeks he has dedicated himself to learning everything he can to prepare himself for the challenging profession and career that he has chosen. He has completed 677 hours of hands on training, class room education and fi****ms qualifications. He will now be placed in the Sheriff’s Department Patrol Division where he will ride with a field training officer until it is determined that he is ready to patrol on his own. Congratulations Deputy Bramucci and may God continue to bless you throughout your career.
