The employee Self-Defense classes will resume starting on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 12:00 PM in the Wrestling Room at Blatnik Hall. The classes will continue to be scheduled every Thursday at noon throughout the Spring semester. All employees (Faculty, Staff, Vendors) are welcome free of charge.

No prior attendance is required since we are always learning new techniques. The classes have a fun and friendly atmosphere, and are attended by employees of several different campus departments. Bring a friend or family member.....All are welcome and encouraged to participate!
