Save the date for a h**p food and fiber workshop, presented by the Department of Agronomy and the Department of Food Science at Purdue University!

This event will take place from 9am-1pm on January 30th, 2024 at Purdue University in West Lafayette. The topics will include both h**p production research and applications of grain and fiber in the food industry.

A registration link will be sent out shortly, so mark your calendars for this event.

We planted **p on Friday May 26th and these plants popped out quickly with the heat and the soil moisture. These photos were taken on Wednesday.
