I held a moment of silence on the House Floor.

Charlie Kirk unashamedly believed in the promise of America, and that we could continue to become a more perfect Union through conversation and spirited debate.

He believed you beat bad ideas with better ideas, not by shouting them down or resorting to violence.

He was having a conversation when he was taken from us, and while he may be gone, the cause he gave his life to – settling our disagreements with words, not violence – does not die with him. It lives on in the millions of
Turning Point USA students who he inspired, and it will outlive whoever tried to silence it.

May God watch over the Kirk family, and may we carry forward what he taught us: to argue with conviction, and to do it without hate.

This is disgusting, and unfortunately unsurprising, coming from a person vile enough to abuse animals and treat them like props for his livestream, who said America deserved 9/11, and actively called for the murders of people like
Sen. Rick Scott.

In the Democrats' lust for power, they openly invited, welcomed, and appeased these terrorists into their "big tent" party.

They have no moral high ground or boundaries in their quest for power, profit, and personal fame, and apparently no bottom to their depravity.

The Communists and radical leftists have taken over the Democratic Party when they should have been shunned like the plague they are.

America should take note of what we are witnessing.

I enjoyed visiting Frankie’s Pizza and Pasta with the Murray Chamber of Commerce. Small businesses are the heart and soul of our economy, and it's great to spend time hearing directly from them. Thanks to Chad Pritchard for hosting us.

The fact that we've had to have a conversation about boys playing in girls' sports is appalling. I can't believe that we have "men" and fathers who allow boys to beat up on girls in a space designed to protect them.

They're cowards.

I’m grateful that it looks like we’ve turned a corner in this, but we can’t go back to producing another generation of whiners, weenies, or wimps.

I was born in the Segregated South, became a Super Bowl champion, lost everything, and became a member of Congress.

If I can do it, you can do it.

America is the land of hope and opportunity, where you can dream big and make it real.

The Communists and radical leftists are attacking those ideals, training us to see ourselves as victims so they can maintain their power. They’ve been working in the shadows for years, but we see what they’re doing; we're not buying it, and we’re fighting back

It was inspiring to see a third-generation family business finding innovative ways to grow while remaining committed to serving its customers and giving back to the community. Small businesses like AFS Flooring play an important role in strengthening our communities.
