Summer Workout Times (Monday–Thursday)
5:45–6:45 AM – Open Workout
10:00–11:00 AM – Varsity Boys
11:00 AM–12:00 PM – JV/Freshman/Middle School Boys
12:00–1:00 PM – Girls
Athletes can attend whichever session(s) they are able to make. Consistency is more important than making a specific time every day.
