Route: Bike along the West Haven beach boardwalk/bike path to the new Eco Park (a shoreline restoration and outdoor education space), park our bikes and walk along the beach, then return to Sandy Point (1.5 miles out, 0.5 miles back)

First kids cooking class of the season starts in a few weeks, and adult kickboxing starts back up in 2 weeks. Come tomorrow night for a free trial class of kickboxing.
