5 Tuesdays. Honest conversations. Growth. Community. 💛

On June 9th, our Spanish Parent Support Group completed Circle of Security Parenting! Over the past five weeks, families came together to learn, reflect, and have meaningful conversations about parenting—especially while raising children with special needs. 🫶

Circle of Security helps caregivers better understand their child’s emotional needs, strengthen connection, and parent with confidence. 🤍

Huge shoutout to our amazing facilitators, Albalis Perozo and Gaelle Frazer, for creating such a welcoming space for families to connect and grow. ✨

And to our families—congratulations! 🎉 Thank you for your openness, trust, and commitment these past five weeks. We’re so proud of you and loved celebrating your completion with certificates and cake. 🎓

A little recap from our last two SIBshop at WHINC Workshops 🌼🎨✨

SIBshop provides a fun and supportive space for siblings of children with special needs to connect with others who share similar experiences, build friendships, and simply enjoy being kids.

Over the last two workshops, participants had the chance to get creative through flowerpot painting and tie-dye shirt making while expressing themselves, building connections, and making lasting memories together 🌈💫

What an amazing two weeks with our Lego After-School Enrichment Program at Seth Haley Elementary School! 🧱✨

Students in grades 1–4 explored STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) through the LEGO Education program, building creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork through hands-on learning.

The program wrapped up on Thursday, May 14th, with students testing everything they built — including their cars during a fun mini race competition! 🏎️🏁

We’re so happy to hear how much the students enjoyed the experience and are excited to return next school year!

A heartfelt thank you to the teachers for their collaboration and support in making this program a success. 👏🏼💙
