WHEAT of West Haven For 50 years, WHEAT has been at the heart of the fight against hunger in Connecticut.

WHEAT provides the following free services: a food pantry, and houses Project Mothercare medical clinic for women & children as well as referrals to legal services, clothing, jobs, etc.
