On this day, 25 years ago, our nation faced an unimaginable tragedy that forever changed our lives. Today, we solemnly honor the memory of the 2,977 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001. Among them were 343 firefighters, 60 police officers, and 8 paramedics and emergency medical technicians who made the ultimate sacrifice in their valiant efforts to save others. We also remember the thousands of civilians whose lives were taken too soon.

We will never forget the bravery, courage, and unwavering commitment of those who answered the call to serve on that tragic day. Their sacrifice is a constant reminder of the strength, resilience, and unity of our nation.

As we reflect on this day, we stand together in remembrance and continue our commitment to honor their legacy through service, vigilance, and compassion.

Please expect delays and closures on Oakland and Railroad Avenue’s in West Grove Borough, from approximately noon to midnight today.

Did You Know Series #1

Trash and Recycling Services in West Grove Borough are covered by your local taxes.

The program allows you to fill a 96 gallon trash tote, to where the lid should still close. Filling the totter above the lid runs the risk of the hauler leaving bags behind.

If you need to dispose of additional trash bags, outside of your totter, they require Borough Trash Stickers. Stickers are available at the Borough office M-F, from 8am-4:30pm for $2 each, cash or check.

This program is designed to help cover the additional tonnage cost going to the landfill.
