WAKE UP, PARENTS. THIS TIME THEY ARE COMING AFTER YOUR CHILDREN.

Another Governor Josh Shapiro power grab aimed at your children.

This is proposed rule could allow your child to be pulled out of class and privately questioned by a state health investigator about intimate sexual matters—including sexual partners—without the rule clearly requiring that you even be notified. Wait what?

Think about that.

Parents have a fundamental right to direct the care and upbringing of their children. Yet this proposal raises a serious question: why should a government investigator be able to have a private conversation with a minor about deeply personal sexual matters while the parent is left in the dark?

This is not something parents should discover after the fact.

September 11, 2001 was a brutal act of evil carried out against innocent Americans and against the United States itself.

People were trapped in burning towers with no escape. Some were forced into unimaginable decisions in their final moments. They were human beings with names, families, dreams, and lives that were stolen.

And yet 25 years later, too many want to water it down, sanitize it, or forget it altogether.

A nation that does not know its history, and refuses to remember the cost of evil, is a nation setting itself up for its own downfall. Forgetfulness is weakness. Silence is surrender. Revision is betrayal.

We owe the victims more. We owe the heroes more. We owe future generations the truth.

Never forget what happened. Never forget what failing to remember can cost us.
Never forget — because a nation that forgets its history is a nation preparing for its downfall.
