FCHA provides low-income subsidized housing in West Frankfort, Sesser, Zeigler, Christopher, Royalton, Benton and West City. An application can be obtained at our office at 302 E. West Frankfort, IL or any township office. If you are unable to pickup an application please contact our office. We are closed most major holidays. Our fax # 618-932-6475

The Franklin County Housing Authority has been made aware of a solicitation using the FCHA name and logo. Be advised - THIS MESSAGE IS NOT FROM THE FRANKLIN COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY. The Housing Authority does have an on-line payment option, those interested should contact the Housing Authority directly. Be cautious of any solicitations that ask for your personal information.

The Housing Authority has been made aware of text solicitation regarding setting up an autopay feature to pay rent. This message is NOT from the Housing Authority and do not click on the link or reply to the message. The Housing Authority will never solicit your personal information via text, Facebook, or any other online platform. The Housing Authority does offer a monthly autopay program for rent payments. Please contact the office directly at (618) 932-2124 if you are interested in enrolling in the program.
