The West Deptford Township Emergency Operations Center will be fully activated and staffed beginning at 1900 hours (7:00 PM) on February 22nd through 0700 hours (7:00 AM) on February 23rd.

Operations will be adjusted as necessary based on conditions.

⚠️ WINTER STORM UPDATE:
* All Township roads have been brined. With the possibility of heavy ice in the forecast, crews will begin pretreating roads with salt later today.
* We urge all residents to remove all vehicles from the roadways. This helps ensure safer and more efficient conditions for all essential operations.
* If travel is not necessary please stay off the roads.

Please take note this storm seems to have the possibility of effecting our area with greater impacts than first forecast. Keep in mind the heaviest snow will fall between midnight and 0700 and forecasts indicate the possibility of snow fall rates of 1” an hour. If this situation verifies roads will be extremely hazardous tomorrow morning. Please stay off the roads if you don’t need to go out in the morning and give crews time to clear the roads.

⚠️ Update: The situation has resolved and roadways have reopened.

🚨🚧 Kings Hwy closed from Parkville Station Rd (West Deptford) to Mantua Rd (East Greenwich.) Ogden Station Rd. closed from Kings to the NJTP overpass.
Please seek alternate routes of travel. There is no threat to the public at this time. 🚧🚨
