A friendly reminder for residents of unincorporated Winfield Township.

Our next scheduled brush pickup is Tuesday, September 2nd! Please remember that all brush must be securely bundled with baling twine (not wire) and not exceed 50lbs in weight.

Please do not place brush in the parkway any earlier than the Saturday before the scheduled pick-up date.

The Road District has scheduled paving projects for Williams Rd, Lorraine Dr, Domartin Pl, Verdun Dr, Ardennes Ct and Alsace Ct this summer, with re-striping work planned for West Mack.

Purnell Road will be closed June 14, 2025, from 6:00am to 6:00pm

We are replacing a large cross culvert in the area of Cantigny Dr and Lorraine Dr.

We will also have a tree company cutting brush at Blakewood Ct and Purnell Rd.

Local traffic depending on where they live from the culvert will be able to get out to Garys Mill from Lorraine Dr or Cantigny Dr to Winfield Rd.

The Road District crew has been out helping Downers Grove Township this past week with storm clean up from the storm that passed through.
