Patriot America is so pleased to have a verbal commitment in front of our audience last night in Hamilton, Ohio from Rep. Thomas Hall that he will introduce a Discharge Petition on Tuesday, August 24 in the Clerk’s office at the Ohio House, which will force HB248 Medical Freedom to a floor vote immediately.

The petition will lie in the clerk’s office for a few days, awaiting the 50 signatures needed from the 99 Reps, which would discharge authority away from Chairman Scott Lipps and Speaker Bob Cupp, who have held up this bill for 4 months. It is time for your Rep to go on record with a voice vote of whether they truly support medical freedom or not.

The bill would go immediately to the floor with the 50 votes and would pass during normal House session. Those Reps who refuse to sign the petition are telling the people of Ohio that they do not wish to support your medical freedom and that they are against your ability to decide whether or not you want to be forced V or not.

If the needed 50 signatures are not obtained, the bill would not go to the floor and the people of Ohio would HAVE ON RECORD THE NAMES OF THOSE REPS WHO WANT A CHALLENGER IN THEIR MAY 2022 PRIMARY.

Patriot America felt it was necessary to put our legislators on the spot and force this vote in a most aggressive way as HB 248 is what it will take to stop Gov. Dewine’s illegal orders and mandates, and restore order to Ohio. Legislators love to sit on the fence and never be put on record as to where they stand on bills that are funded by lobbyists. We want to see who has the goods.
