The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department is committed to providing the optimum service, performance, and dedication to the community through proper, responsive, community-based police service. er Regional Emergency Response Team (E.R.T.), which consists of officers from Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department, West Goshen Township Police Department, West Chester Borough Police Department, West Whiteland Township Police Department, Willistown Township Police Department and Uwchlan Township Police Department. These officers receive special training in weapons and tactics and can be deployed rapidly to emergencies or critical incidents.
