Last year, West Bloomfield officials raised residents' water rates by 25%, assuring us the increases were done. Last week they upped it another 5%.

We're already paying MORE for groceries, gas and everyday essentials. Residents deserve more transparency about how OUR money is being spent and why additional rate increases are being imposed. WB's water dept currently holds a surplus!

Jonathan Landsman and Omar Kallabat are committed to auditing the system, demanding greater transparency and ensuring future rate increases are justified—not simply passed on to residents.

Taking 3 years to approve a residential landscaping project is proof West Bloomfield government can do better.

While a resident navigated years of environmental reviews beyond what Township ordinances required, his daughter was injured after riding her bike into an open pit left by the project's delay.

Protecting our environment and respecting property rights should go hand in hand.

When we find that balance, we can preserve what makes West Bloomfield special while allowing residents to responsibly improve their homes.

I'm running to bring a more efficient, balanced and responsive approach to Township government.

West Bloomfield is younger and more diverse than it's ever been. Our government just hasn't caught up yet.

I was raised here, in the Chaldean community and at St Thomas Chaldean Church. I watched this place grow into something bigger than the current government was built to serve.

Younger families are putting down roots here every year. They're starting businesses, raising kids, building a life in West Bloomfield.

They deserve a real say in the decisions that shape it.

I'm running for Trustee to make sure they get one. For the neighbors who've been here for decades, and the ones just getting started.
