We’re excited to see everyone and share another wonderful R,W&B block together!

This month we’ll be talking about quilt education and exploring where our blocks are headed. Be sure to bring any dolls, neck wraps, or small quilts you’ve made for the hospital—they are so greatly appreciated and make a meaningful difference for those who receive them.

Get ready for a huge Show & Share! We can’t wait to celebrate all the beautiful projects, creativity, and generosity within our group.

6/9/25 - The Outdoor Adventures Group enjoyed a successful hike at Ridge Run Park, followed by breakfast at a local café. Beautiful weather made for an excellent day outdoors.

🎉 Another fabulous day of crafting at the West Bend Senior Center! 🎉

Today, our creative group made five beautiful handmade cards, a golden gift box filled with decorated chocolates, and each participant received a magnetic die keeper as a special take-home gift from me!

There was plenty of creativity, laughter, and friendship shared throughout the day. Everyone agreed it was a wonderfully enjoyable class with the friendliest ladies around—and we couldn't agree more! 😊

Not even the storms could dampen our excitement! We had an amazing time making and decorating Bread Art with Tori Duehning of Tastefully Simple. The creativity, fun, and fellowship made for a truly memorable experience. Thank you, Tori, for such a fantastic event! 🍞✨🌟

Premier Bingo at The Columbian!

A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our amazing Senior Center participants who volunteered to represent the Center in the Newburg Fireman’s Parade on Sunday, June 7!

Our outstanding volunteers proudly handed out candy and shared information about the Center, including details on our exciting 2026 Car Raffle, Rummage Sale, and Premier Bingo events. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces from the Center lining the parade route, cheering and enjoying the festivities!

Adding even more fun to the day, two of our volunteers brought along monster-sized sq**rt guns that quickly became crowd favorites. With the warm weather, parade-goers—especially the children—were delighted to receive a refreshing spray of water to help them cool off. The smiles, laughter, and excitement made for a memorable day for everyone involved. Steve Taylor drove his tractor pulling the trailer with the sq**rt gun crews!

Thank you again to all who volunteered, participated, and supported the Senior Center. Your enthusiasm, community spirit, and willingness to give your time help make events like this such a tremendous success! 🎉🚒🍬💦
