You may have noticed some construction along the Green Trail lately, and now you can see the finished product!
The brand-new 140-foot-long boardwalk is now ready for use. The boardwalk helps protect the forested wetland along the trail while making it easier and safer for visitors to walk across it.
A huge thanks to our Land Steward, Liz, and Maine Audubon Seasonal Stewardship and Grounds Assistant, Cole, for an amazing job — it was no small feat getting all that wood across the cove to begin the work!
