Excerpt from NOM book "True Measure of a Man" by Richard E Simmons that we are reading. "Deeply personal issues such as identity, fear, discontentment, and depression are issues all men must deal with at some point in their lives, but generally they are at a loss as to what they should do about them." How many times have we avoided helping someone that experienced similar challenges we encountered for fear of isolation or not measuring up?
