Why we support PTSD awareness- It is a reminder of human strength
PTSD awareness highlights the incredible resilience of the human mind and body. They work in deeply complex ways to protect us, help us survive, and keep us moving forward through difficult experiences. It reminds us not only of our strength, but also of our humanity—we are not machines, and experiencing powerful emotions is a natural response to hardship. Most importantly, it shows that healing is possible. Through understanding, support, and connection with one another, we can recover, grow, and become stronger together.
