Did you labor or lounge today? Send me your pics! I labored doing what I love to do - getting a home ready for market! The devil is always in the details or at least shows in the profit. I have some very unconventional methods of staging and they take a long time to figure out and put together, but they usually work! This one I took to the extreme in a couple of areas, so just wait!

If your Realtor doesn't spend hours to write the absolute perfect description for your home and not a 3-second AI generated one, then you need me! 3 a.m. this morning finished, only to revise today 🤪! Does your Realtor scrounge their own house for items you need 🪣🗿🪞? Does your Realtor involve the whole family in the process - yep my 90-year-old MIL is the best, and nothing stops her! She's been known to clean toilets 🚽 on photo days! Does your Realtor shop every Ross, Goodwill, and whatever it takes to get that very last item or goodness, 16 of those Walmart summer clearance pillows today? Is your Realtor known by name at the local Ross - embarassing I know?

Anyways no beach for me today but ALL the staging items worked out! Win! A former client sent me a fantastic referral from another state! Win! And, a new listing got its first showing! Win! I call that a good day. 😊
