Here is the updated page for Sage Advocacy Center! Make sure to like the new account to stay connected with us as we continue releasing exciting content.

Sage Advocacy Center is rebranding!

We are thrilled to have partnered with local talent Norse Creative LLC for the design. Their wonderful and caring team helped us come up with an entirely new look to represent the important work we do in our community.

We think it looks great and we love the meaning even more:
Our logo is purple to show solidarity with survivors of domestic violence, blue for the prevention of child abuse, teal for sexual assault awareness and prevention, and green to support those who are victims of crime. These colors of support come together to form the letter “a”. The letter “a” historically stood for “advocacy” in our former SAGE acronym. Advocacy truly is the center of the work we do. The “a” is designed to be a speech bubble, representing speaking up for survivors of crime and speaking out against violence and injustice in all its forms.

We love the new look and what it represents, and hope you will too! Be on the lookout for new content and a new website coming soon! We appreciate your patience and support.

The Wenatchee Valley Color Rush participant and volunteer registration is live!

The Wenatchee Valley Color Rush is a fundraising event presented by Chelan-Douglas CASA & SAGE. It's a family friendly run, walk, or jog, untimed event. Inspired by the Hindu festival of Holi. Throughout the course, participants are doused from head to toe in a different colored powder. Participants wear white at the starting line and finish the race plastered in color. Participants vary in demographics and reasons for running. With no winners or official times, The Color Rush caters to everyone—first time runners to seasoned athletes.

All proceeds go to supporting CASA & SAGE's work to build brighter futures and stronger communities! All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and count as a donation to our 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organizations.

We are so excited to welcome Bethany Alhaidari, Ph.D. as the new Executive Director at SAGE. ✨

She knows SAGE has an important role in helping people in crisis and believes it can do more. With experience and determination, Alhaidari plans to find ways SAGE can generate support and policies that prevent violence from happening in the first place.

Knowledge and a voice are the two most powerful tools to enact positive change in this world. Bethany Alhaidari has both.
