The City of Wellsville is excited to announce that big improvements are coming to the Wellsville City Park. In the coming days, you will notice dirt work taking place in the South end of the playground area as preparation begins for the installation of the new playground addition designed specifically for children ages 2-5. This project will complete the overall playground upgrade and provide fun, safe, and inclusive space for our youngest visitors . During construction over the next several weeks, the work will be secured with orange construction fencing. For everyone’s safety, we ask that the public do not enter or cross over into the fenced off area while construction is underway. The large playground will remain open and accessible during this project. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this exciting improvement process, and we look forward to seeing families enjoy the new playground once construction is complete!

We are once again experiencing issues with residents not following the guidelines for disposing of yard waste and tree limbs.

This is a valuable service provided by the city for the benefit of all residents. Please help ensure this privilege remains available to our community. Continued misuse could result in the service being discontinued.

We kindly ask that excess yard waste and tree debris not be left on the ground. The dumpster is provided for your convenience and use. If the dumpster is full, please do not leave waste outside or around the area.
