Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Angelica L. Clark, age 31 of Hornell, charging her with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 14, 2025 on prior Petit Larceny charges. Clark was located by the Angelica Police Department on a traffic stop in Angelica. Clark was turned over to Wellsville Police, processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Clark is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Rachel M. Sebree, age 37 of Freedom, charging her with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 3rd on a prior Petit Larceny charge. Sebree was located on South Brooklyn Avenue and taken into custody. Sebree was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Sebree is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Donald G. Williams Jr, age 37 of Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Genesee Street. Williams was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Williams is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Shelly J. Bastian, age 47 of Wellsville, charging her with Disorderly Conduct (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street. Bastian was issued an appearance ticket and released. Bastian is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 16th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Kevin J. Tyler, age 54 of Olean, charging him with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 5th on a prior Petit Larceny charge. Tyler was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Tyler was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on July 7th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Patrick W. Gallagher Jr, age 34 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at Walgreens on North Main Street. Gallagher was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Gallagher is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 16th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Bradley W. Perry, age 41 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 1st (Class E Felony), Aggravated Family Offense (Class E Felony), Criminal Obstruction of breathing (Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Jefferson Street. Perry was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Perry is currently being held in the Allegany County Jail on $20,000.00 bail and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

The charges stem from an incident that took place on Trapping Brook Road on May 21st. Sexton was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Sexton is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
