Annual Christmas Party TOMORROW, December 14th! Compete in the Holiday Minute To Win It, enjoy tasty snacks, exchange gifts, and hang out with friends. It's sure to put you in the Holiday Spirit!

If you pulled a name for Secret Santa, bring your handcrafted gift for that person to the party.

ALSO...if you could bring a snack to share or $ to throw in for pizza, it would greatly appreciated.

"Most everyone's mad here. [laughs maniacally] You may have noticed that I'm not all there myself." -Cheshire Cat, Alice in Wonderland (wait, or was that quote by Mrs. Roark? Maybe both?)

Shout-out to all the awesome Homecoming floats in the parade today. And a special shout-out to the Art Club (totally not biased at all or anything *ahem*) for their super original take on this year's theme. The Homecoming theme this year was "The 50's". For most, a mention of that era conjures dreamy images of girls in poodle skirts at some homey little soda shop with a jukebox humming in the background. The Grease soundtrack starts playing in your head. But, what did the Art Club come up with when they heard the theme? Alice in Wonderland. Why on earth Alice in Wonderland you say??? Well (as I found out), Disney's timeless animated Alice in Wonderland flick came out in 1951. So TECHNICALLY it fit the theme...and who doesn't like Disney??? So Alice in Wonderland it was for us. The Art Club has certainly never been accused of being conventional.

So thanks to everyone that made our wonky little float a success. At times this week, it seemed it would never pull together in time. But as the Mad Hatter says, nothing is impossible unless you believe it is.
